I usually spent 3 weeks out on the road at a time, dealing with truck stops, irate dispatchers, 9-10hour waits to load or unload, etc. All of the pain and discomfort the average truck driver goes thru.

But hey, it made me so much better at doing my job. My job is setting up investors like yourself, with their own TRUCK COMPANY that you can literally run from your smart-phone. In trucking, you want to work with a management company (with real road experience) who knows what its really like to drive a truck, not just people who took a “Dispatch or Freight Broker Course” and now are sitting at home with a laptop and a couple of free Load Boards!

An Active investor wants to be involved in the day-to-day business operations. We set up your truck company (USDOT# MC#, LLC, or Inc) and all other filings. Then we help you buy a truck (cash or financing), we provide day-to-day operations, dispatch, daily and weekly reports, factoring, driver recruitment / management, drug and alcohol, fuel card program for an ongoing management fee of 15-18%, etc. Total Start up cost $40-60K for each truck

A Passive investor does not want to be involved in the day-to-day business operations. We buy a truck and trailer, recruit a driver and all loads. We, then pay you weekly (over 6-9 months) until you have recovered your principal. Thereafter you earn a ROI of 20-40% payable over 6-9 months. Total Start up costs $100K

For the Active Investor, we retain an ongoing business relationship, with a management fee in place (a percentage of weekly revenue).

For the Passive Investor, we have a fixed term business relationship, no ongoing management fee. The Passive Investor makes back his/her original investment plus a healthy ROI all within a period of 1.5 – 2 years.
