As Dealer Auctions start to re-open around the country  you can expect a few different things such as reduced crowds, more cleaning/sanitizing, as well as the focus on enhanced ability to buy and pay for vehicles online. Remember auctions save money by reducing staff, and as a consequence, you may see reduced service.

The NAAA has released their playbook (suggested guidelines and actions) for how member auction should re-open their physical retail operations post covid-19.

The NAAA is a prominent trade organization founded in 1948 to support and promote the wholesale dealer auction industry. The private, nonprofit National Auto Auction Association boasts most major auction house as members, such as Manhiem, Adesa, etc.
