We peak at 26-29 years of age….
Most of my subscribers followers are men, so I thought I would share this information now. It will help you to take your mental and physical game to another level; this will then spill out into your business and personal relationships. Its doesn’t have to be downhill at age 30….
If you want to be able to increase your confidence, optimism, and easily shrug off bad situations and anxiety… Experiment with my personal formula for men. It will help you to recapture the strength and power in your mind, muscles and your loins. Increased testosterone, increases, blood flow, results in more confidence in everything you do (business and personal). Take more calculated risks with less worry and anxiety. The alpha male gets the spoils…. everyone else fights for whats left.
1-2 teaspoons organic apple cider vinegar
teaspoon organic raw honey (good quality)
1/2 cup of spring water
pinch of turmeric
pinch of red cayenne pepper
pinch of black pepper
When I say a pinch, I mean use the back of a spoon or fork and scoop out about half the amount that would cover your little pinky. Don’t over do the amount, just be consistent with consuming them regularly.
I do this 3-5 times a week in the mornings.
Really good to clean out your veins, arterial plaque and fat that impacts blood flow.

Use each item up to 3-5 times a week. Always give your body 2 days off rest each week. If you find yourself having difficulty sleeping, then pull back and take a few days off. 2. Fresh ginger or organic good quality ginger powder for a tea
3. L-Arginine Amino Acid (1000mg.) pharmaceutical grade
4. TongKat Ali (400-600mg.)
5. Maca – good quality organic gelatinized powder
6. Rigorous Exercise 30-45 mins 3-4 times per week
7. Ashwagandha (Indian Ginseng)
8. Yohimbe Bark (2-3 days per week)
9. Good Quality Wild Salmon 2-3 times weekly – (don’t overcook)
10. Organic bananas properly ripened (can eat every day)
–> In a liquid (tincture) form, I also take saw palmetto berries for prostate and urinary tract health. I mix in gingkho biloba and gotu kola for brain function as well.. at least 3-5 times a week
